Midtown self-catering chalet stands in well-kept fenced grounds and is west facing looking out the bay of Lochinver towards the mountains of Cul Mhor and Stac Pollaidh.
It has an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with all the comforts of a ‘home from home’. It is well appointed and fully equipped with a full complement of modern fixtures and fittings. Comfortable leather sofa, oak dining table & chairs, 43” Smart television, DVD player and free wi-fi for enabled laptops.
Kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with a full-size dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker with double oven and grill, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker ample pans, Denby crockery, cutlery, utensils, and cleaning materials are provided.
Bedrooms comprises of one double bedded room and one with twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers, hairdryer and a mirrored wardrobe with ample storage space. Sprung mattresses, Percale cotton sheets and quality duvets and pillows.
Heating is all electric throughout and is included in the cost.
The shower-room is fully tiled with a corner instant heat shower, w.c., and wash hand basin, mirrored cabinet with an electric shaver point and heated towel rail.
Fluffy cotton towels are supplied, together with Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries.
At the front of the chalet is a private balcony with patio table and chairs to sit out on and admire the stunning scenery. During the long days of the summer months, it is an ideal suntrap, where you can simply relax and unwind taking in the Highland air and watch the fishing fleet returning with their catch.
Behind the chalets are rotary outdoor washing lines and there is private parking at the foot of the chalet which is reached by a path and steps from the car park and there are several wooden steps up to each chalet balcony. It is not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties.
